Since 1978, Home and Patio in Houston has proudly provided quality customer service and stood behind our merchandise. We are committed to continuing that tradition and doing everything we can to assure that you are happy with your purchase. All warranties are offered and processed by the furniture manufacturer. Because we have established relationships with these manufacturers, we have a better rapport with the customer service departments than a typical consumer would have on their own.

Each manufacturer’s claim process has different requirements and policies. We will handle these details for you and file the claim with the manufacturer. We will be your advocate with the factory and do our very best to take care of your issue in the most beneficial way to you. Most factories hold the customer liable for freight and delivery after the first year. If you have a problem with your furniture, please call before you bring it in.
